Rule Rule-Mate Series Fully Automatic Pumps contain the pump and the non-mercury float switch in a single, compact housing. As the water level rises, so does the float switch, activating the pump when the water level reaches 2-1/8''. There is no on/off cycling and therefore, no power use until the pump comes on. Features include easy clean snap-lock strainer bases, silent, vibrationless operation, anti-airlock protection, stainless steel shafts, and no burn-out when run dry. 12VDC.

Fully Automated Bilge Pump

Rule introduces the rule-mate™ series of bilge pumps. The rule-mate consists of a powerful rule bilge pump and a new non-mecury float switch in a single housing. While fully automated, the pump will only turn on when the water level rises. There is no cycling and battery drain. The pump remains off until the internal float switch rises. The pump then stays on until the water is evacuated. The pump's internal computer senses no load (Water) against the impeller and then shuts off. A detachable strainer provides easy access to the impeller area for removal of debris. Each pump is easily installed with the pump and switch internally wired. A third wire allows the pump to be connected to a manual override switch if so desired. The rule-mate bigle pump is thoughtfully designed, and due to its compact profile, can be used in practically all bilge pumping applications.

RULE-MATE AUTOMATED BILGE PUMP, MODEL# RM1100A - The NEW Rule Mate series of Bilge pumps feature a solid state water sensing technology that eliminates the need for a separate float switch.When water enters the bilge and reaches a certain height (2-3/4 inches) a sensor turns the pump on. After the water is pumped out, another sensor shuts the pump off.

The sensor's unique "field effect" technology is programmed to recognize the dielectric constant of water only. In the event of an onboard oil spill, straight motor oil that enters the bilge will not turn the pump on. It's part of Rule's continuing commitment to preserving our waterway.
